Here are a few items to review in order to prepare for the new year:
- Allow staff to make requests for next year by ensuring leave years are activated in the Team Profile: Activating Leave Years
- Ensure allowances are configured correctly in Employment Profiles
- Ensure carry overs and carry over debt is configured correctly in Employment Profiles
- Ensure Public Holidays are added for the upcoming year in Public Holidays
- Remind managers to approve requests for the current year before year end so carry overs are correct.
