How do I change a user's public holidays?

This feature can only be accessed by HR Admins and Administrators. 

In the User Management tab (HR ADMIN -> User Management or HR ADMIN), click to select the user from the list. 

In the Main Details tab:

  1. Uncheck the Inherit from Employment Profile checkbox. If you do not see the checkbox then there are no other Public Holiday Profiles to choose from and will need to be created by an administrator as described here
  2. Select a new Public Holiday Profile for this user from the dropdown list. If it does not exist, an Administrator needs to create it using the steps outlined here.
  3. Save the user profile using the Save button
