You can amend the start month of a leave year specified on a team profile, however you should be aware that Appogee Leave determines the leave entitlement to grant to a user (as specified on their employment profile) at the start of any leave year. Therefore you need to be aware that any change to a leave year will have the effect of either shortening or lengthening the working year for the user and you should make an appropriate manual adjustment to each impacted user's leave entitlement. You would need to do this under Administration, User management, [username], [Edit].. Also, where you effectively shorten a leave year, you should be aware that any existing bookings that fall into the period beyond the cutover to the new leave year should be cancelled and rebooked to ensure the absence is counted against the correct leave year.
