What are the checklist notification placeholders?

Placeholders allow users to write dynamic text where it is appropriate to do do. This makes documentation more efficient and time effective.

In this system, placeholders have been implemented within the checklist notification email messages.

It is a requirement for placeholders to be wrapped in square brackets.

For example: Hi [assigned_to.name], please complete the [name] checklist by [due_date].

The following placeholders are available to use:

[name] - The name of the checklist

[employee.name] - If the checklist is related to a profile, the name of the employee it is related to.

[employee.email] - If the checklist is related to a profile, the email address of the employee it is related to.

[assigned_to.name] - The name of the employee this checklist is assigned to.

[assigned_to.email] - The email address of the employee this checklist is assigned to.

[assigned_by.name] - The name of the employee that assigned the checklist.

[assigned_by.email] - The email address of the employee that assigned the checklist.

[assigned_date] - The date/time the checklist was assigned.

[due_date] - The date/time the checklist is due.
