How do I enable/disable the All Teams option for managers in the Team Calendar

An Appogee Leave administrator can enable or disable the All Teams option in the in-app Team Calendar for managers. 

This will allow managers to select the All Teams option from the in-app Team Calendar and view all users in one in-app Team Calendar.

To enable or disable the in-app Team Calendar for managers, follow these steps:

  1. Go to CONFIGURATION
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on the Main Details tab if it is not already open
  4. In the Allow Managers to view All Teams in Team Calendar? option, select Yes to enable or No to disable the company wide calendar.  
  5. Save your settings
