Why do I get "Email not available" when I try to register a new user?

If you get the following message when trying to register a user, it means that the user has already been registered in the system and the email address is therefore not available to be registered again. 

You should search the User Activation page and the Activated Users list for the user. If you cannot find the user it is possible that they have been registered under a different Appogee Leave account. Send the email address of the user to Appogee Leave support here to investigate.
