I changed a user's email address and now they are unable to log in.

If you have changed a user's email address*, whether on Appogee HR or Appogee Leave and the user is now experiencing problems logging in or their profile is not working as it should be, please contact the Appogee HR Support Team.

 

*For username and password users, this is not applicable. This is only applicable for Google Apps and Office 365 integrated users.
