There is an issue with my Google Team Calendar, how do I find out what the issue is?

If your Google Team Calendar is not working as it is expected to work, you can run an diagnosis test to establish what the problem may be.

 

1. Please go the the Google Team Calendar tab. This can be found under Appogee Leave > HR ADMIN.

 

2. Click on the 'Logs' button.

 

3. Click on the 'Diagnosis' tab.

 

4. Click on the 'Start Diagnosis' button.

 

5. Specify a user (someone who is the affected team).

 

6. Check the diagnosis results. If the result is a 'PASS', there is no issue detected. If the result is a 'FAIL' there has been an issue detected.
