What is a notification?

A notification is a reminder that can be sent from the system to a specified user(s) , based upon data in the system. This is a good feature for preventing tasks being forgotten.

Notifications can be set to remind users about employee's joining, probation reviews, birthdays etc. This is done under the REPORTING TAB.

Notifications can also be created on company documents and records by clicking in the document and accessing the notifications tab.
