Why do some of my users see an incorrect public holiday?

If there is a default public holidays calendar, this default would be for all users on the system, no matter what their employment profile public holidays are set as.

 

This can be confusing for companies with users globally**. In the case of a company with users spread across the globe, it will be best practice not to have a default public holiday, but a public holiday configured for each Employment Profile instead. 

 

Having a default public holiday is best suited for companies with all user in the same country.
