I find this very confusing

tickbox - Has XXXXXXX returned to work?

Either it should be radio buttons that show yes / no or a dropdown box that say yes / no ?

Alternatively the question needs to be changed to something like :-

Please tick if XXXXXXXX has returned to work?

I think this feature should be removed completely. I have employees that check no, as they are submitting a sick request for that same day, so no they have not returned yet...then their requests continues until they come into Appogee and un-check it. They almost never do, and I am always having to adjust time.
