Prompt to save data in personnel records is confusing

I do not think having a red banner to prompt to save data is the correct way to remind people of the fact that they need to manually save things. All of the Apps I use which are cloud based auto save when data is entered. This would be a far more effective way of saving IMHO.

Agree! When updating a lot of records it's very easy to miss the notification bar and end up losing data. 

A lot of Cloud services we use prompt the user when they try and navigate away from the page that there are unsaved changes. This would be really useful.
