We would like the ability to customise the terms, "Leave" and "Sickness" when creating a New Request. Due to current system constraints within Appogee with allowances and mapping that back to our organisation's policy's we needed to add certain leave types under Sickness. The term Sickness does not intuitively inform the user that is what they should click on to access a particular leave type we have defined. One of the terms that have been quite confusing for employees is under the New Request button on the dashboard, under "TOIL" with the plus icon; This looks like a request to use comp time (since the other 2 options are for using, not being given). On that note, I am not able to easily find how to use said allocated TOIL hours.
