Ability to upload a doctors sick note with sickness leave application

They should be able to upload a scanned image or PDF file so that they do not have to email the sick note.

We would love to see this feature added to sickness leave for accountability purposes

This feature has now been implemented and can be switched on by going to System Config > General Settings.
