Bradford Factor for Reduced Hours
When individuals go to reduced hours they claim the hours as sick leave. This means adding sick leave on each day they work these reduced hours. However, the company classes this absence as just one occurrence rather than the multiple occurrences Appogee classes it as. Subsequently this confuses the Bradford score, creating a ridiculous score of 4,000 for example.
Is there any way to add reduced hours into Appogee currently, as we still need this time coded as sick leave, or is there the likelihood that this might become part of any software developments.
