The ability to override the working rota for specific days.

Sometimes we need to make a non-working day into a working day, and the other way around.

For example, the work day on Monday 24th December 2018 was moved to Saturday 22nd December 2018, which allowed for a longer Christmas holiday.

A way of being able to override the normal weekly pattern would be useful.
