Cancelled Leave Date of Reports

Hello

I have recently run a report to see those individuals who have cancelled leave, this is pertinent given that we wish for people to continue to take their leave during the covid-19 pandemic so we don't have a build up of leave later in the year.  When running a report the system does not currently provide you with the date the leave cancellation was submitted or the date when the leave cancellation was approved. 

I feel that this would be a good addition to the system.
