Changing review title description

I want to be able to nudge people for reviews that are outstanding and I have seen on the Dashboard an area where I can do this, but unfortunately, all the descriptions are too similar and it's hard to work out what the review is for.  

Is there any way to change this so that this would contain the 'review title' information instead?
