TOIL in hours not days

Hello! 

If you go to System Config > General Settings > Leave > General Settings shows it is set to "Show Allowances in Hours" however, when we request a TOIL request it appears as "extra days" and "Extra hours". 

Could you disable the option for "days" as we do not use days, only hours? Thanks!
