Show Employment Dates on Employees List

The Employees List under Organisation helpfully categories staff into Offer Accepted, Joining, Active and Former lists.

It would be helpful to show the employement start data against the employees that are joining (like you see for offer accepted) - at the moment you can only see alist of all employees joining with their start date via the directory or from a report.

If would also be helpful to have a leaving status showing their employment end date.
