Share the Google Team Calendar.

If you want to share the Google Team Calendar to people inside or outside of the team, you can do this by undertaking the following steps:

 

1. Go to https://www.google.com/calendar


 

2. Click the 'My Calendars' side button and then select the 'Settings' button.


 

3. Click on the calendar you wish to share.


 

4. Click on the 'Share this Calendar' tab.


 

5. Share the calendar with who you wish to share it with. This can be done by adding an individual's email address, making the calendar public or making the calendar available to everyone within the organisation. When you have modified the settings, please remember to save any changes.
