How can I enable Override?

In order to enable the Override feature so that employees can enter a specific amount of hours into a leave request, you will need to undertake the following steps: 


Visit Leave Admin, select a specific Leave Profiles and open it.  On the Main Details tab 


You should click on the Working rota tab, if this is not visible then, please tick the Automatically calculate working hours box as below ( you can untick this again when the override function has been enabled : 


Then click the Allow Override button as below.



Once this has been enabled users will be able to override the calculated working hours for any given absence request. 

Once done you can untick the automatically calculate working hours button shown in the top screen if you do not wish to use the working rota. After this please press the Save Changes button.
