Team Managers and HR Managers have an additional Management option in the main menu. Further information regarding the menu found here.



The Management page consists of 5 sections.


Approvals


  • 1 - Select the Division from the drop-down menu (if applicable)
  • 2 - Select the Team from the drop-down menu
  • 3 - Open the request to view request details
  • 4 - Reject the pending request
  • 5 - Approve the pending request



HR actions and notifications (Appogee HR Customers)


  • 1 - Open the employee profile to see their HR information
  • 2 - Open the HR document/checklist
  • 3 - Nudge the employee to notify them of overdue actions
  • 4 - Create a new request



Who's off this week (Appogee Leave customers) / Recently updated profiles (Appogee HR Customers)


  • 1 - Click the arrows to toggle past and future weeks
  • 2 - Open the request to view request details
  • 3 - Open Employee profile to see their HR information
  • 4 - Create a new request



Allowances


  • 1 - Select allowance type - leave, sickness, custom 1 or custom 2
  • 2 - Display allowance information in days or hours format
  • 3 - Click arrows to toggle past and future leave year's
  • 4 - Create a new request
