you may find that some Leave requests fail to sync from Appogee Leave to Xero.
During the integration process all Appogee Leave types are mapped with Xero Leave types.
We have identified that requests can still fail to sync if the user in Xero is not set up to accept requests of the requested Leave type.
To check this within Xero you can go to the employee's leave tab and select "assign leave type". All leave types available in Appogee Leave will need to show here to allow requests to sync across.
If issues continue to persist it is possible the mapping of Leave types needs to be updated in Appogee Leave integration settings due to changes made on permissible Leave types.
