Team calendar - show all leave requests

Currently the in app team calendar shows requests that fall in the selected month. You can see days that fall in the preceding and succeeding month but the requests are only shown if they fall in the selected month. We would like the ability to see all leave requests that fall on all viewable dates including the preceding and succeeding months.
