Demo Mode allows you to access an isolated version of Appogee HR which contains pre-populated demo data.
You’ll be able to see what Appogee HR could look like when fully set up and explore the features with some example information.
You can access Demo Mode as one of our pre-prepared demo users which will allow you to experience Appogee HR with different user roles.
Accessing Demo Mode
To access Demo Mode when trialling Appogee HR, click on the Demo Mode button in the toolbar. To access Demo Mode as a customer of Appogee HR, click on the item at the bottom of the left side menu.
You'll then be taken to the Demo Mode login page where you can choose a user to log in as - the demo users on this page are split into different User Role categories, so you can experience Appogee HR as a different type of user.
Choose a User or Role you'd like to log in as and click the blue Log In button.
You'll then be taken to the Demo Mode home page - which gives you more information about the user you've logged in as, as well as what you can do whilst logged in.
You'll know you're in Demo Mode as you'll see the red banner at the top of the screen.
Using Demo Mode
Nearly all features of Appogee HR are available to try out in Demo Mode. The features available to you will match the ones in your chosen package.

Use the blue menu on the left hand side of the page to navigate to the different areas within Demo Mode. As you're logged in as a demo user, most sections will be pre-populated with demo information. You're more than welcome to add your own dummy data in here too, but it's worth noting that we do delete Demo Mode instances, so please don't add personal or real employee information.
When you're happy you've had a look around, you can exit Demo Mode using the button in the top right corner.
If you want to experience Appogee HR as a different user, head back to the Demo Mode login page and choose a different demo employee.
