We often have a need to provide details of employees who have specific training completed. It would be very handy to search training records by keywords to save us time having to go through every individual employees HR records.
Thank you for your suggestion which I have noted. A potential workaround for your issue would be to use the table feature in the Learning tab of Appogee HR. If you add the relevant training information to this table alongside uploading the employees record, you will be able to create a report based on the fields you have filled out. This way, you can customise the report to show you users who have completed specific training, and you can edit this report as and when you need to, in order to report on different courses.
