Default Payroll No field

Currently the default field "Payroll No" found on an Employees Profile (under Organisation) is only available to be edited by a HR Manager or an Admin, and not the Payroll Admin role (or other delegated roles).


Please can we have control over who can see or edit this field so we can use the same field in HR Reporting that we use in Leave/Sickness request exports.  

Currently we have a custom field that our Payroll Admin controls, and exports along with salary data for our payroll runs.

However, we recently found this default field when exporting sickness and leave requests.
