New Custom Allowances

Currently there is a limit on the number of custom allowances in Leave: 2. I need 3 more, to accommodate additional leave types supported by our organization. This is now managed separately, outside of Leave. I don't want to continue to operate two systems for managing employee leave, when Leave should do it all.
