If you come across an integration issue with your G Suite integration. Then please refer to the following checklist:


  1. Is Appogee HR installed to your G Suite domain?
    • To find out, a G Suite user with Administrator privileges will need to log in to admin.google.com, and go to Apps > Marketplace Apps. If Appogee HR/Leave is listed, then the app is installed. 
  2. Has Appogee HR been granted the correct permissions to access your domain data?
    • To find out, a G Suite user with Administrator privileges will need to log in to admin.google.com, and go to Apps > Marketplace Apps, and then "Appogee HR". On this page there is a "Data Access" section. Click this to reveal the data access settings. If this says "Granted" in green text, then the correct access has been granted.
  3. Has your domain been configured to allow API Access?
    • To find out, a G Suite user with Administrator privileges will need to log in to admin.google.com, and click on "Security". From here, click "API reference". If "Enable API Access" is checked, then the domain have been correctly configured.
  4. Is the G Suite admin, configured in Appogee HR really an administrator in your G Suite domain?
    • To find out, a G Suite user with Administrator privileges will need to log into Appogee HR, and click on Configuration, then G Suite. if the G Suite Administrator Email Address is set to a user who also has the "Administrator" role in your G Suite domain, then the application has been correctly configured.
